What are the best aspects of this product?
I'm really thankful that we started using this because with it we've been able to get our administrative affairs in order. The interface is straightforward and user-friendly, taking many different modules and bringing it together so that users only need to look in one place to see what is happening in the different church departments. This is also a timesaver for both personnel and the pastor since the reports it put-puts out are detailed and easy to understand. I also really like how I can easily customize and tailor this to fit the needs of my church. It is also very mobile and allows me to work wherever I maybe since all the data is hosted in the cloud.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Overall, I can't find anything big to complain about. If there's anything to pick at, it is how the company still handles customer queries via email rather than through a chat system. Adopting a chat system would allow them to handle queries in real time and would really make things so much more convenient for users.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Thanks to this system, we've been able to effectively delegate task and duties within the church. The flow of work is now more organized, and the different ministries and departments of the church are functioning much more efficiently now. Another way that it has helped the church be more organized is how it has given pastors a visualization that is complete and happening in real time of what is happening with the different ministries.
