What are the best aspects of this product?

No kidding, I think this is the best software for church management that I have used. The user interface was straightforward and user-friendly. Considering the price and the features that I got out of it, I think this is very much worth the price tag.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only complaint that I have is that when it was first implemented, the one who configured the system did not do it correctly. I had to turn to customer service to re-do it and I have to say that they were a big help. Other than that I do not have any complaints.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this software, I can easily track the members of my church and all the details associated with them. This software has really helped us out when it comes to organization and data-keeping since we didn't even have a database of church members before this tool came around. Now that we are able to keep track of all this information, we've been able to make the members of our church feel that they belong in the community and that we are looking out for them.
