One thing I wish they had is an app for mobile. But even then, I don't think this is a huge problem since I most often use this on my browser anyway.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This has been a really big help to use when it comes to organization. Thanks to it, I only need to look in one place to find the information that I need. I can use it to confirm if people have been missing for a few weeks and then check in on them to see if they are doing okay.
