What are the best aspects of this product?
The email tracking is excellent and it is accurate as well. You can quickly open a contact or lead record in Salesforce directly from your Gmail inbox and also automatically log emails into Salesforce. The “Book a Meeting” feature offers good potential and this also goes for the integrated apps roadmap.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Cirrus Insight can make a lot of improvements. It can make the Campaign feature more powerful. It would be great to have multiple steps in a campaign. I would also like to be able set a reminder to answer an email later instead of having to make do with just the “Send Later” feature. The “Book a Meeting” feature can be improved to enable users to view multiple calendars and send to multiple recipients.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I use Cirrus Insight to get info on email opens, clicks, etc. This info is very useful especially the mobile notifications. I can also automate logging of email activity into Salesforce and quickly open a lead or contact record in Salesforce directly from my Gmail inbox.
