What are the best aspects of this product?
Cirrus allows me to add emails into Salesforce by using its Gmail add-on functionality. With its sidebar I can easily complete numerous tasks with one click add/complete tasks. I am able to keep track of contact information, opportunity details and email tagging information. There is even an option to schedule for sending email at specific time and date.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
In my experience, I have found out that the email tracking is not as intuitive as it should be, because I don’t get real notification about emails, it doesn’t show you when the email was open and who opened the email. Because when sending for e.g. 10 emails to 10 different people I get notification that the mail was opened but there is no information who really opened.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps us to track our emails and to better organize our sales opportunities, I am able to set tasks and reminders from my inbox without opening Salesforce. It helps me to successfully close deals and to follow up with my prospects. You don’t have to manually write notes about client because you can do everything with this solution.
