The Salesforce integration and templates help to save lots of time. You don’t have to log email activity in Salesforce as the application automatically does it for you. The pricing is affordable compared to similar email tracking systems.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are a host of glitches: Analytics from templates are unreliable. For example, one template says it has a 188% open rate. There is delay in getting open/click notifications. The software has bugs and I have suffered long outages too. I have to reload Gmail for the plugin to appear when composing an email. Finally, the app lacks a click to call feature.
