What are the best aspects of this product?
The highlight of Cirrus Insight is you can use the Gmail add-on to add emails directly to Salesforce. You can use the sidebar to complete multiple tasks easily including add/complete tasks, and view email tagging info, opportunity details, and contact info. You can also use the sidebar to schedule emails to be sent at a specific time and date.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sometimes, the email tracking is inaccurate. I wish Cirrus can tell me when an email is opened and who opened it. I send messages to multiple recipients, and the app only notifies me that an email is opened and not who opened it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I use Cirrus to track my emails and efficiently organize my sales opportunities. I don’t need to open Salesforce and can set tasks and reminders from my email inbox. Cirrus helps me follow up with leads and close deals. Now, I don’t have to jot down anything on paper to do follow-ups with clients. Cirrus helps me record all of my emails and I need these records without having to browse through loads of emails in my inbox.
