What are the best aspects of this product?
There are great options within Cirrus like ability to track emails. Also, you can quickly open a lead or contact record within Salesforce from our Gmail and to log emails into SF automatically. I really like the “Book a Meeting” option and the roadmap for all integrated apps.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They could improve the Campaign feature to be more robust. Also, I’d like to have numerous steps within a campaign, to set a reminder to respond to an email instead of using only the “Send Later” option. In addition, they could expand the potential of “Book a Meeting” functionality, they could add overview of multiple calendars and sending to multiple attendees when scheduling meeting.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We have great visibility into opens and clicks of the emails and I really find helpful its mobile notifications. It offers us automation of logging email activity into SF and to open a contact or lead record in less time from our inbox in Salesforce.
