What are the best aspects of this product?
First of all, I like its customer service, it’s one of the best. Secondly, I use Gmail version of Cirrus and I can say that this tool provides me with fast and easy access to all SF data, I can easily add new contacts, accounts and cases without closing my emails. There are great set of features within this tool, starting from email tracking, mass email to access to SF templates and many other.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
For those with multiple Gmail accounts the tool is enabled automatically for all signed-in accounts, it would be great if we could only load desired Gmail accounts.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were searching for a tool that would enable us to submit emails and calendar appointments within SF. Cirrus helps us to associate record in Salesforce with people and other records like Opportunities. We are able to create our accounts, projects and opportunities and it allows us an easy access to all Google files within the SF. It provides us with access to regular data while working in email and access to Chatter, Taskray and Google files.
