What are the best aspects of this product?
Cirrus is great tool that enables you to easily follow the workflow within Salesforce and to get more done directly from your inbox. I have been using this app from the very beginning and I really like its development and growth from basic tool to intuitive and user-friendly solution. I’m amazed of the follow-up features and I really like using them all.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
This a must have tool within my work, there are no dislikes.

It can be a bit challenge when it comes to email integration solutions, but with this tool we can easily unite all these objects or to create new records right from our inbox. Also, this is helpful solution for customer service department, sales and management departments because it helps you to keep track of other and to follow up next steps.
