What are the best aspects of this product?
I can easily access my Salesforce info without leaving Gmail. Cirrus Insight helps me track all my emails and saves lots of time. It has boosted my sales skills and helps me understand how often I contact clients.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The popups continue to stay in the window after they have been selected and you have to reload the page to get rid of them. It would be great to be able to do a big data migration of the email data I have before I started using Cirrus Insight.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Before using Cirrus, I was struggling with data capture for emails and call logging. The system seamlessly tracks my emails and my manager can view my work and understand the requirements of the business. A lot of data was getting lost between emails and our CRM. With Cirrus, I can easily create new contacts and leads and add info to their records easily.
