What are the best aspects of this product?
We use Cirrus software for many years by now and it is great tool for those who want to put all their activities logged in Salesforce. It saves us lot of time on a daily basis. I personally love its auto-log feature because it keeps all mu email activity tasks updated into SF. I like that I don’t have to remember to log to SF button into Outlook. Also, it provides me with access to Salesforce Lead and Contact record and we don’t have to switch back and forth with SF when we add or update a record. There is even an email tracking feature that allows you to monitor each activity.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I had some issues with this product but its customer service was extremely helpful and they have done everything to meet our business needs.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We wanted a system that would help us to record all email activity into Salesforce, and this tool helps us to do just that and we don’t have to worry when it comes to keeping up email activity.
