What are the best aspects of this product?
Cirrus is easy to install, it is clean and it allows easy navigation of all email functions. It enhance our productivity thanks to the connection with Salesforce. I am able to log my gmail emails into Salesforce effortlessly. We are able to track numerous project interaction streams without any efforts and to track opens of the emails. This is very important because it helps us to be more focused on those who are interested in our orders in other words on those who frequently open our email letters.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sometimes the functionality of the program breaks down especially when we have new contact, account or even opportunity that is not within SF. Sometimes I cannot add new contact from Cirrus into SF especially when I want to add new contact and account at the same time. Sometimes when I cannot attach a document into Salesforce file I get notified that there are some capacity issues without further information on how to resolve this kind of issue.

It helps us to solve project, task and communication tracking thanks to the integration with our main business development software-Salesforce.
