What are the best aspects of this product?

I simply like this solution! Its basic functionality is great and extremely easy to set up. It offers lot of things like ability to send calendar openings to all your contacts and to select what works best for them and to automatically show what you want/need into your calendar. It notifies you when there is no contact so you can create it in less time even when the contact doesn’t have accounts. You can modify and fill extra fields as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Because of the styling of the buttons some functions cannot be easily found.

It helps us to keep track of the communication with our clients and to show better way of communication to our staff.
