What are the best aspects of this product?
I have been working with different versions of Cisco CallManager for over five years. Even though it has gone through a lot of changes, its interface remains easy to navigate.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is so much to know about Cisco that even a two-year course on it would not suffice.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This VoIP software allows us to have a fully functional telephony without investing on BPX and copper.
