Cisco CallManager is a reliable platform that we can count on for seamless communications. It can even scale with an organization's needs. Furthermore, it has a clean interface that is navigable for any user.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There had been instances when we had to record audio from an extension because the software Java requirements were limited only to particular operating systems or web browsers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Cisco CallManager becomes a more powerful communications solution when integrated with Cisco Unity Connection. Because of that, we could elevate the functions of Microsoft Exchange as well as maximize the software's other features for our voicemail and telephony system.
