What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that Cisco offers the option to rollback to the previous version in case something goes wrong with the upgrades. It also has a clean interface that lets us do our administrative tasks easily.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The longevity of the hardware makes up for the steep cost. Still, it requires a high initial investment.

We have better communications because of Cisco CallManager.
