What are the best aspects of this product?
CallManager is a reliable telephony system that we can still use in the event of a disaster because of its redundancy that is applicable to all our branches. It didn't even take a lot of time to configure the product fully because of bulk imports. Overall, I find CallManager to be a feature-rich and adaptable software.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The price tag of CallManager is too steep and it only gets more expensive with upgrades. Also, it was a bit challenging to configure at first
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
CallManager is a capable software with lots of helpful features such as music for when a call is on hold and video conferencing tools. And when interfaced with Unity Connection, it becomes more robust. Because of it, we do not have to use another solution.
