What are the best aspects of this product?
Cisco CallManager is easy to set up and goes wonderfully well with Cisco phones.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would have helped to have a detailed documentation that came with the software because it has so many options that are overwhelming. Despite that, I find that Cisco is a helpful software with lots of great features. The speed dial is good as well though it was difficult to configure at first.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Cisco CallManager is a step up from our previous solutions. It is the best friend I have at work and I don't think I will be using another phone system soon.
