What are the best aspects of this product?
It is not challenging to use CallManager because of its extreme ease of use. We don't have problems doing anything from maintenance to organization.

Cisco CallManager is a feature-rich system that there is nothing much to dislike about it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our institution has been using CallManager for more than a decade now since we decided to replace a PBX that was not working for us. Since then, we do not have to deal with copper lines and their maintenance.
