What are the best aspects of this product?

Cisco CallManager is a very adaptable solution that lets us configure every setting to suit our own needs and preferences.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This software has a steep learning curve and definitely not for people who do not have previous experiences with PBX. People should attend a Cisco webinar or on-site training first to fully understand it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Call forwarding is easier because we can set it up for different times of the day. It also lets us send voicemails to emails to allow recipients to see them prominently.
