What are the best aspects of this product?
It's easy to communicate with my colleagues, regardless of the campus they are located, using CallManager. I only have to choose their names on the directory or on the Cisco phone itself.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It takes time to go through the call menu and to go back to the home screen after completing a task, such as finding a name and contact info in the directory.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
My colleagues and I can better connect using Cisco UCM, whether we are in the office or not.
