What are the best aspects of this product?
The best thing about Cisco UCM is how it sends missed messages to my email so that I can relay it to the appropriate person or department. On top of that, the phone system is user-friendly. There are only a few buttons and everything is functional. Moreover, it is great that I do not have to input a password each time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Cisco should expand their documentation for UCM to reduce the instances of calling tech support since not everyone has the time to go through several channels just to know how to resolve an issue.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Calls are quicker to make and it's awesome to get messages via email. UCM has also eased our meeting scheduling because we can see everyone's availability.
