PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The speed dialing is one of the best features of UCM because it lets me call people without going through several menu windows. It also helps that I can receive my messages via email so that I can look at them even when I am not in the office. Moreover, it is beneficial for me to make audio conference calls with colleagues via the phone with ease.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be advantageous if there are more speed dial options available. Unfortunately, my company doesn't have that, unlike the previous organization I worked for.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Cisco UCM is a timesaver because I do not have to distribute a conference number multiple times. Instead, I only have to choose the conference option to have a meeting with two or more people. It has been helpful in letting me work away from the office too because I can listen to voicemails in my email. It has also worked out very well for my manager because I can receive her calls for her from my phone screen.
