PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like best about this software is its feature-rich enterprise platform. It has good interfacing capabilities, especially when it comes to other Cisco solutions. With it, we do not have to worry about communications that break off. It is also helpful that the Cisco Communications Manager has a reliable support team as well as detailed documentation.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Despite its powerful functionalities, this software has limited integrations with third-party devices. Its API for integrating with third-party solutions does not even look up to date. On top of it all, it has a steep price tag and requires a lot of investments when it comes to virtual machines.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This software has allowed us to have a unified communications platform where we can do and manager our telephony, instant messaging, conferencing, and other communications tasks.
