What are the best aspects of this product?

Cisco UCM is a stable and reliable solution that we have been relying on for our communications for almost 15 years now. We are so glad that even our clients and partners enjoy interacting with us through the CallManager.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Cisco UCM is a very complex software that requires new users to take a while to learn all about its features and tools. However, once you are familiar with it, using and managing it is almost effortless. Still, Cisco needs to consider the design of UCM because there are areas in which it is lacking such as call reporting. It is unbelievable that this core and basic function is an add-on.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have a mobile workforce and CallManager is our solution to our communication needs. Because of it, we can all work with ease despite being distributed across over 30 sites.
