Best platform to collaborate and communicate

What are the best aspects of this product?

Cisco WebEx is very straightforward. It's an amazing app that offers free and/or inexpensive subscription plans. It can accommodate 1000 attendees if you're doing an online conference. It has a lot of amazing features such a screen sharing, high quality video sharing, and a virtual whiteboard which is great for lecture.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You have to pay for the "call me" feature and the number of presenters are limited to one per license.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Cisco WebEx helps us stay productive despite not being physically present in our office.
