What are the best aspects of this product?

Some of the things I like about Cisco WebEx are (1) It's free! (2) It's accessible via browser, you don't have to install the program; and (3) it's secured! It's the best app for organizing online meetings.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The user interface for me can still be improve to be more user-friendly. I also experienced a few glitches in the call feature. I've also been disconnected a few times during meetings, and I had issues with the audio as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This helps me a lot in communicating with my bosses and discuss my project proposals to them. It's easily accessible so it's one less worry for me everytime I will present something.
