What are the best aspects of this product?

Webex offers powerful tools for screen sharing, whiteboard, Outlook integration, VolP audio, multipoint video and many other tools for the application. It has unique phone ID for each meeting. It is easy to download it and install it. Its customer support team is great and extremely helpful. We can create WebEx meeting by “Right Click” button.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It takes some time in order to learn how to use it. New users found it difficult to dial in or conferencing in. Also, I’m little concerned about the security I’m not sure whether the software uses encryption algorithms to secure the meetings that are performed within the system.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Its tools are effective and great alternative to face-to-face meetings. I like that everyone can join the meetings no matter the physical distance between us.
