Nice app but terrible customer service makes it unusable

What are the best aspects of this product?

WebEx app is good but the administration of it is painful making it unusable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

but getting support from WebEx is an absolute nightmare - their support process and team are the worst I have ever endured. Their sales team don\'t seem bothered to help and their support service makes everything much more complicated than it needs to be. Most of support personnel really haven\'t got a clue and will send you off with poor advice and time consuming answers - it makes the whole app unusable. I\'ve been a Webex customer for over 5 years and their offshoring of support and web site has destroyed this once great service. The website for account adminsitratrion really is terrible - it looks like a student project from 1995.
