Simple and easy to use software for creating and attending meetings

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that I can use WebEx without installing it. It allows me to share documents and set up meetings effortlessly. I can easily install it and connect it with Outlook. I’m able to set up meetings directly from outlook without setting up meetings in webex. Others can easily join the meetings by following the URL.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t have dislikes about it. It would be great if there could be less email and name mandatory requirements when joining the meetings.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to set up meetings quickly, collaborate and share documents easily. We are able to discuss about different topics with my team that is spread in different cities and offices. It saves lot of time and money, we don’t have to travel around the globe in order to perform a meeting that would less more or less than an hour.
