PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love working with WebEx, I often use it for free even though it has some limitations but it does the job. This tool is easy to integrate it and it is well-design. I like that allows documentation sharing and screen sharing. The prospects and leads are allowed to dial-in with numbers from WebEx. The installation process is easy and fast. I have used it as host and guest and I have to say that I’m really happy with this tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

What I don’t like is its price. It is really expensive than other products.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Even though the software is about creating and attending meeting, the main purpose is time management. It saves us huge amount of time because we are able to meet with each other online and to share files in real-time. Our clients can take care of the problems.
