Straightforward and functional

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that you can continue using it even if you're doing something else in your computer. It doesn't restrict your overall use of your computer. I use this mainly for interviews, and it produces high quality sound and images. It's also easy to configure.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some delays in joining a meeting. Sometimes it would say that you're already in but others can't still communicate with you for a few moments.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use it mainly for interviewing candidates and for online meetings with our offshore teams.
