What are the best aspects of this product?

I love its clean UI, I can easily see presenters and take control of the meeting. Also, I like that it provides great support for screen sharing, and I like that it limits the screen to one app. It provides great integration with Outlook. We can easily join the meeting and use the “call me” feature in order to avoid dialing and fiddling with PINs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

What I don’t like is if we use the Outlook to create meeting then we cannot cancel the meeting through WebEx, I cannot cancel the meeting from my phone. Also, I don’t like its launches from Firefox because it requires allowing “Active Touch General Plugin Container” within the Firefox and I’m not okay with this.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use it for screen sharing and conference calling purposes. We are able to share screens, to take a look at other’s screen. Great tool for project calls, troubleshooting calls.
