What are the best aspects of this product?

WebEx doesn’t require special access and it can be used by everyone. All you have to do is to send a URL and meeting ID. You are allowed to invite your employees no matter their location. I like that teams can work remotely, it is great tool for training our staff and share information without using emails.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When I used WebEx in my previous company I couldn’t download it on my computer and I had to ask the IT team to solve the issue, when they managed to set up the pc I could use the software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to share the information and screes with our teams. No one needs special trainings or some accounts and passwords in order to access the meeting. Everything comes via email with URL. It works perfectly and it is great for lot of purposes. It saves lot of time and money.
