Wonderful tool for performing meetings and conferences

What are the best aspects of this product?

The software is easy to set up and sending invitations is effortless. It requires modern browser and fast plugin install. We perform regular meetings with our team. I like that the video is smooth and we are able to perform multiple tasks, share screens and open development software without any problems. I like the smooth integration with Outlook. Thanks to this software we don’t have to worry about the timezones in order to schedule the meetings.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have experienced some voice issues it is not frequent but sometimes we cannot continue the meeting.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can perform meetings and conferences. It allows us to record the meetings and secure file transfer. We don’t have difficulties with the interaction. Screen sharing works perfectly and we don’t have to close the other tasks in our pc when sharing. This tool doesn’t use much memory like other conference products.
