What are the best aspects of this product?

Cisco WebEx is a must-have for small businesses, especially for sales people! It works with slow internet because the bandwidth requirement is low. Despite this, it still does a lot -- screen sharing, file sharing, and video conference. It's pretty amazing!

It sometimes doesn't save login data.
