What are the best aspects of this product?

Cision provides the information I need, such as the contact information for most of the reporters and press people I am trying to connect with. It is simple for us to use and find the press we are looking to connect with. I really like being able to see who has read my email, which allows me to stay connected to those frequent openers and send less pitches to those who do not open as frequently.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Not every contact has all the information and is it difficult to manage lists. There is a learning curve to some of the features that takes time to learn.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to connect with the press and are able to tailor pitches to them as well. We are able to connect with the press around updates, events, and promotions better than we ever were before. I love being able to geographically and activity target making my pitches more relatable and relevant.
