Cision is a time efficient solution for our needs. It's a very complete database with lots a great features, allowing us to target the right journalists and outlets, including English and Spanish language outlets, without wasting anyone's time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think the price-point is a bit steep. Also there should be different payment plans to be able to accommodate to every organization's needs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

One of the business problems we are trying to solve is wasting time looking for the right contact. Using this software gives us the ability to be more efficient and provide a better service to our clients. It also allows for better relationships, especially between PR professionals and journalists, while ensuring accurate information is always relayed.
