What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that this tool saves us huge amount of time. We can work more efficiently and to find best suited media outlet for the industry we need. It offers great tool so we can better explore and search the world of bloggers and to tap into the resources we need to do our work.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We don’t use this tool on a daily basis so we don’t really like its prices. After all, this tool is really helpful and it does the job but they could be more flexible when it comes to price.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to tap into the media relations strategically and to build strong relationships. We are able to provide better results for our clients, analytics, coverage and some additional outreach tools. I like that it helps us to measure the success of the PR and media efforts.
