Easy to find information to keep track of clients

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is easy to search in Cision. I love the influencer search capability, saved searches not to mention the monitors are great for keeping track of clients. Most importantly, their team is usually very responsive whenever we need help with the service.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Influencer searches could be made stronger by including more platforms beyond Twitter like LinkedIn for instance. Searching for coverage could also be more easily filtered. Having individual dashboards for clients would make sifting through the mountains of articles way easier.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has helped us build strong, relevant lists for clients quickly. Having easy information available so readily can be helpful especially with clients that require a lot of attention and outreach.
