We found CIsion's online platform highly usable, customizable and effective. And their pricing is competitive too. Their customer service has also been quite good. Coming from our experience, Cision should be on your short list if you are on the lookout for tools for tracking and analyzing media sources.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Not a dislike so much as a recommendation. The platform has so many features that it can be difficult to narrow down what is needed whenever a special project pops up. So a dedicated representative who understand the clients needs immediately would be helpful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has provided us a tool for monitoring media reach and reactions to programs and issues of importance to our clients. The results are quickly delivered and analysis is readily available when needed.
