Great way for building robust lists

What are the best aspects of this product?

Cision is easy to use, easy to search. It has great influencer search capabilities, I like that it saves the searches and monitors, and in this way we are able to keep track of our clients. Its support team is responsible and highly helpful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could improve the searches. Also, I don’t like that there is only Twitter, how do they measure the influence? They could add Likedln as well. In addition they could make easier when searching for coverage, or they could make individual dashboards for clients.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to build strong and relevant lists for our clients quickly and easily. I like that we have easy access to the information so we can pay more attention to our clients.
