What are the best aspects of this product?

I love Cision's list management tools. It's so easy to target exactly what kind of journalists we want to read our content. Even better is the fact that it's automatically updated, so I don't ever have to worry whether our tool is updated

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The interface could be a bit more attractive from an aesthetics perspective. It's also not entirely intuitive as it reads more like a database than a user-friendly system. Especially when I need to scroll through a list of a drop-down tab, it's not that good.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have been able to get our content in front of the exact people who need it. It has helped increased our role in the media and has given us significant press attention where we otherwise wouldn't have been noticed if we were using another system.
