What are the best aspects of this product?

Cision's organized layout helps me reach the most appropriate media outlet for my message. This has helped sort my contact list and determine who to get in touch with. I don't need to contact the editor or the marketing department anymore when sending a press piece or a calendar event.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The PR tracking and ROI calculator costs so much for us. I would love to be able to track my leads and what actually makes it to print and who might have seen it. But, as a small outfit, we don't have the money for such resources.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Cision has been extremely helpful when it comes to finding, researching, and contacting social influencers. It has helped us utilize efficiently digital and social media in finding social influencers in our area or who align with our brand is key.
