What are the best aspects of this product?

This is my must have tool for media contacts and tool for monitoring real-time coverage. I have tried other solutions but Cision is second to none. It allows me to create filters for new reports, and to increase the number of users, to custom the files and many other things. It has functional integrated press release platform without paying extra.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When it comes to list-building they could make it more intuitive. I constantly use its live-help chat and I always attend their courses in order to learn how to better use the lists. It can be difficult to conduct a search of specific list of journals for example.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to organize the media outreach with Cision. Its platform helps us to identify specific journals and to use direct engagement via e-mail and phone. I like that even when monitoring media I am able to create reports and to export them to everyone within the organization. This is time saving tool and great way for sharing clips and trending stories with your team.
