We have great experience with Cision

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how you can easily use Cision. It great tool for creating list or to send out distribution. Everything is clean and understandable. I love its database for niche industries. As event industry we had struggled with finding media contacts, but now with Cision everything works perfectly and easy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We would like to reach with clients from Europa, Middle East, Apac region and even North America, it would be really helpful if they could expand the lists in global areas. Also, the account managers are not as proactive as they should be.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were searching for a tool that would help us to reach out the contacts and thankfully we have found Cision. This tool helps us to get the right contacts and it helps us to increase our company lists. We managed to expand our reach thanks to Cision.
