What are the best aspects of this product?
I think the advantages of CiviCRM are it is open source, community focused, and affordable. In my opinion it is the best platform for non-profit and community organizations like ours.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
My only peeve is I don’t have enough time to check out all the features and refine our use of this application.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We have been using the system for more than 10 years and are now trying to modernize our processes. CiviCRM fulfills all our requirements and even offers extra features that we have not tried out yet.
