What are the best aspects of this product?

For me, the highlights of CiviCRM are it is open source, offers excellent out-of-box features, and integrates smoothly with Drupal. I feel these features make it the perfect app for nonprofits and associations.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The developers can make the user experience more consistent. For example, some changes do not require form submission while others do. It can be a bit difficult to use the system until you get used to its peculiarities.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I used CiviCRM to help an association by easily adding member management and event registration over the association’s existing Drupal website.
