
What are the best aspects of this product?
I recommend CiviCRM for non-profit organizations as it is an excellent Constituent Relationship Management app that offers features for contact creation and management, events registrations, building campaigns, and multiple forms for memberships, fundraising, etc. It also enables easy communication within the organization.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only glitch is the limitation regarding manual submission of XML as it takes a lot of time and the permission is not fine-grained.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
One of the main uses of CiviCRM is it helps me create a new template for custom events that meets our organization’s specific needs.
